These are the terms that apply when you read LobeCraft. We have kept them readable, because terms nobody can get through protect nobody: you should finish this page knowing exactly where you stand.
Ownership
The piercings published here is ours, and it is offered for your personal use. Quote a paragraph with a link back if it is useful to you; republishing a whole page is not permitted.
Availability
Nothing here comes with a service guarantee. Pages may be down, revised or removed. We correct and rewrite as we learn more, and an article you read last year may no longer say what it said.
Product names
Any trademark referred to remains the property of its owner. Naming a product is how you write usefully about it; it does not mean the maker endorses us or we represent them.
Fair use of the site
- Personal reading, printing and linking need no permission.
- Bulk or automated copying is not permitted, including collection for republication or for training a model that reproduces the text.
- Passing our writing off as yours, in any language, is not permitted.
- Interfering with the site’s operation or security is not permitted.

What we can and cannot promise

Anything you submit through a comment form stays your own work, and by submitting it you let us show it under the article. We delete what is abusive, irrelevant or promotional, and we do not debate the decision.
Liability limits
Where the law lets us limit it, our liability for anything that follows from using this site is excluded, direct or indirect. Nothing in this paragraph tries to exclude what the law says cannot be excluded.
Outbound links
We link to outside sites when they are worth reading. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what they publish.

Legal footing
Disputes are governed by United States law. Severability applies: one invalid clause leaves the rest intact. Where consumer law grants a right that cannot be contracted away, it prevails over this page.
